The QRPF conducts an Annual General Meeting on the last Friday evening in February each year. At this meeting the members elect the Officials and Management Committee that are charged with the daily operation of the Federation for that year. Fees and charges for the racing season are also set by the members at the AGM.
A Special General Meeting is held in late October each year to finalize the race schedule for the next race season.
The Management Committee meet on the first Monday of each month at the Rod Hatherly Building, within the grounds of the Qld Rifle Association, 1485 Old Cleveland Rd, Belmont.
